You will be a part of HPB’s **_School Dental Service _**, **which strives to provide oral health care services to school-going children to ensure good oral health and dental fitness.
**What You Can Expect**
As a key member of the _School Dental Service _team, you will be providing administrative support in managing and coordinating School Dental Service and Student Dental Centre’s operational matters to enable the Youth Preventive Dental Division (YPDS) to focus on its objective of providing oral healthcare education and services to school-going children in Singapore.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- To provide administrative support to the planning and implementation of the Oral Health Promotion (OHP) programme to ensure smooth operation of the oral health screenings at 1,100 Childcare & KidSTART centres.
- Track and monitor coverage of the OHP programme for preschoolers by sending mass invitation and soliciting feedback from participating childcare centres.
- Procure and keep an updated inventory of resources related to the the OHP programme.
- Coordinate the movement of 30 Mobile Dental Clinics across 132 secondary and special needs schools and make arrangements for vehicle inspection or maintenance works, when necessary.
- Provide timely administrative support in the co-ordination of IT services and requests for YPDS staff.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any system enhancements to the Integrated Dental Electronic Assessment for Students (IDEAS) system on registration, appointment making etc.
- Manage mailbox enquiries and escalation cases from customers.
- Provide counter relief duty at Student Dental Centre on an ad-hoc basis and on scheduled Saturdays.
- Other duties may be assigned.
