**Position: Regulatory Affairs Associate**

Together, the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Team is responsible for all legal and compliance aspects of Lyte Ventures’ operations across all countries where Lyte Ventures has a local presence.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Support the Legal Team with regulatory compliance matters across APAC;
- Performing conflict searches;
- Collating, analysing, and verifying data provided or to be provided in the course of executing internal control measures;
- Analysing conflict scenarios for file opening processes;
- KYC screening, analysis, and providing clearance for file opening processes;
- Facilitating data protection, contract management policies and other compliance-related processes;
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc projects as assigned; and
- Assisting and providing support to the Head of Legal and Compliance generally.

**This role will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance. Lyte Ventures’ Risk and Compliance Team carries out: -**
- Conflicts analysis (legal and commercial);
- AML/CTF checks;
- Regular client due diligence;
- Internal risk protocols;
- Compliance infrastructure set-up and management;
- Advisory and support function to other Teams; and
- Engagement with licensing authorities.

**Requirements: -**
You should have met the following criteria:
- Diploma or Degree graduate;
- 1-3 years of experience in the compliance space;
- Prior working experience in conflicts, AML/CTF, and other compliance and risk principles;
- Good command of written and verbal English;
- Must have high regard for protocols and processes;
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week); and
- Have a good understanding of compliance principles.

Ideally, you would possess the following traits:
- A good sense of humour;
- A strong interest in compliance and compliance-related work;
- Interest in international work exposure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good team player, organised, detail-oriented, proactive, independent and self-motivated;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Be efficient and well-organised;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Hands-on computer skills
- Good presentation skills; and

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
