**️ **Program Manager**:
**️‍ ️ Your Main Quest**:
In our next stage of growth and expansion, we are looking for a Program Manager. In this role, you’ll work closely across all our product and project teams to make sure we deliver to a high standard and on time. You will facilitate and continuously improve our team’s agile approach. This role will report directly to the CTO.

**Who You Are**:

- Scrum and agile practitioner for technical teams
- Excited about deep tech and its impact on creating a better world
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
- Structured, precise, and able to operate with mínimal oversight
- **Project fiend**

**Requirements**:

- You’re a Jedi Master at Agile Methodologies (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing etc.), frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc., maintaining critical path for reporting
- Excel in managing timelines, and milestones while keeping teams updated
- Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology
- Knowledge of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, user stories etc
- Experience coordinating technical teams and scoping and managing resources
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
- Experience - 1 to 4 years
- Location: Singapore

- Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP/PMI-ACP/ CSM certification) would be an added advantage
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in animation/game design at AAA/blockbuster level
