- Identify and proactively resolve constructability issues and field clashes by coordinating with design engineers and relevant trades.
- Support work-front planning and ensure required permits, inspections, and prerequisites are in place prior to commencement.
- Participate in system walkdowns, punch list generation, and close-out activities to ensure installation and finishes meet acceptance criteria.
- Maintain daily field logs and contribute to weekly progress reports highlighting work progress, risks, and MEP-related issues.

**Interface with Contractors & Trades**:

- Liaise with MEP subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of installation work.
- Review contractor work plans, method statements, and manpower planning for alignment with project requirements.

**Drawing & Document Review**:

- Support the review of construction drawings, shop drawings, and installation details to identify and address technical conflicts.
- Work with design and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies between IFC drawings and site conditions.
- Ensure proper recording and submission of redline drawings, field changes, and as-built documentation.
- Track construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and technical queries, ensuring timely responses.
