Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction (Main Contractor)Position Title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Construction Projects)Working Location: Central (Based on site location)Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM; Sat, 8:30AM – 12:30PM)Salary Package: Basic Salary + Handphone Allowance + AWS + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works. Supervise and oversee M&E activities at project sites. Ensure all M&E works are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Handle general on-site technical and engineering matters, including quality checks. Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with specifications. Review and align M&E design and project drawings to meet specifications and guidelines. Review project specifications and provide technical clarifications when required. Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval. Prepare and maintain M&E coordination drawings; liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to secure approvals. Maintain accurate records of M&E drawings and documentation. Attend site and technical meetings with consultants. Oversee M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and related works. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in M&E coordination and supervision. Strong background in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems.
