Based in MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Corporate/Key Account Management Team is responsible for directly driving the commercial performances of core clients.

**Key Responsibilities
- You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client’s performances
- Together with Head of Corporate Account Team, to develop strategies and growth plans
- Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients
- Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations
- Prepare and present business propositions
- Managing and distribution of service contracts
- Achieve sales targets set by management
- At least degree holder
- At least 2 years’ experience in Key client relationship management (preferred)
- **Without **Liner shipping experience are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently and strong ownership of tasks
- Strong focus on Customer Experience
- A strong communicator in English
- Believer in teamwork

**Remuneration
Appropriate training will be provided to supplement and enhance the individual's ability to perform in their responsibilities.
