What you'll do

Work with Global Digital Program Experience Team to support Commercial and Digital Initiatives for Cytiva, with focus on initiatives in AsiaPac including China

Be the focal point for business in Region to contact and act as gateway to the Global Digital Customer Experience Team as well as any related Project Teams as necessary

Coordinate Business Requirements and work with different Global Teams as necessary to ensure proper solutions are deployed meeting the needs of the users in the Region

Assist business with Project Planning activities as necessary to ensure successful rollout of Digital Customer Experience programs

Assist to Develop, Maintain and Support cloud-based solutions including infrastructure and services in the APAC region.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical / IT field, or similar related industry experience.

Good Understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment processes via ERP, CRM and Marketing processes, as well as general E-commerce solutions and processes

Experience with Web based Applications including E-Commerce solutions, Web Portals, and Digital Marketing Applications

Strong Technical background, Passion and Capability in Broad IT Concepts with ability to appreciate business processes and providing technical solutions to solve business problems

Experience with Software Engineering and Software Development Life Cycle

Experience coordinating Projects with users as well as an Offsite Team

Experience in MNC company working under guidance from Remote Global Team to ensure global standards while addressing Regional Issues and Requirements

Familiar with Devops concepts and some experience as a DevOps/Platform engineer is a plus

Keen to pick up hands-on support and technologies from our Global Devops Engineers

Azure or AWS experience and willingness to develop in Azure Environment

Proactive approach with Strong sense of ownership

Very good command of English and Chinese - spoken and written

Willingness to travel when needed (10%)

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Technical skills

Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server OS and Internet Information Services (IIS)

Good scripting and automation skills in Bash or PowerShell

Good General databases related knowledge

Previous experience with Micro-services and Serverless approach

Unix related knowledge

Familiar with Content Management Systems and Version Control system knowledge. GIT is preferred.

Experience with Docker containers in a platform like Kubernetes or OpenStack is highly preferred

Azure or AWS certification is a plus

ITIL principles knowledge is a plus
Assist to Manage vendors for development and support of any 3rd party solutions
Assist to review quality and security of their solutions, leveraging global expertise and complying to global policies as needed
Assist with Devops activities assigned from Global Devops Team, which may include
Develop automation tools to ensure scalability and high availability of our services
Support software release processes
Monitor, prevent and troubleshoot security related issues
Provide first-level in-region support for any Digital Customer Experience solutions and work with Global Team to ensure proper resolution
Contribute to continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, cloud services (AWS, Azure) etc. with focus and experience in Azure
