This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Project Controls Management, from inception to closeout of Projects to ensure budgets, change orders, schedules, risk, and financial performance of projects are well planned, managed and tracked, and to assist in making sure that all necessary controls, procedures, and systems are in place to achieve respective business lines’ Key Performance Index. The scope include but not necessarily limited to:
+ Overview of Project Team in setting up project budgets for tracking commitments.

+ Implement WBS structure and align with Project Team on all commercial and finance processes and procedures.

+ Perform regular project reviews with Project Team in making sure that Company’s Controls procedures are implemented, including reporting on projects

Risk and Opportunities.

+ Attending internal meetings with Project Managers and Commercial/ Legal team on pertinent issues and assist with its resolution that impacting Business Lines’ targets.

+ Assist Project Team in setting up earned value measurement tools for monitoring and tracking progress of cost and schedule achieved are aligned with Plan.

+ Monitor project revenues to maintain cash positive.

+ Generate practical and commercially/financially viable ideas for improvement of project performance that are aligned business objectives and strategy.

+ Assist Project Team with assessments and negotiations for settlement of changes / claims and closing out of final accounts with the Client

+ Must be able to comprehend consultancy contract and familiar with financial and schedule requirements of projects

+ Good communication skill and ability to network/ interface with various internal key stakeholders

+ Familiarity with project scheduling software and with good working knowledge in Excel spreadsheet will be an added advantage.

+ Experience in engineering consultancy or construction industry

+ Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in project management and controls.
