We are hiring for a Project Controllerto support project manager in the management and reporting of the project cost. The incumbent will provide cost estimation, budget management, monitoring and management of project cashflow, change management and project reporting as per the Project Management Framework procedure and templates. The incumbent will lead preparation of the monthly project reporting and work with Global Engineering for reviews, reporting and audits in consultation with the Project Manager. The incumbent will also monitor, control and maintain inspection readiness of the Capital Expenses (CAPEX) process and documentation to ensure continued Corporate and Financial audit compliance and support the implementation of performance management and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- To live and implement continuous improvements initiatives.
- Provide, review, challenge cost estimation by Contractors / Suppliers during the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and validation phases of the project.
- Support Project Manager in leading the preparation of the project reports to site, Global Engineering and project Steering Committee meetings.
- Monitor and track CAPEX progress and ensure adherence to approved project cost & cash flow.
- Provide cost oversights and ensure that the Contractors and Suppliers adhered to company’s procedures and standards.
- Raise Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order and progress claims for Contractors and Suppliers, including Third Party verification.
- Monitor and maintain inspection readiness of the CAPEX process and documentation to ensure continued Corporate and Financial review audit compliance.
- Manage capital compliance to review Asset Under Construction (AUC) value, project closure capitalization adherence and resolving any financial or procurement related work flow issue.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any engineering/pharmaceutical disciplines.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biopharma industry.
- Have basic project management skills and cost estimation principles.
- Understanding of plant and facilities constructability sequence
- Good understanding of GMP, GEP, GDP and EHS requirements
