**Talent Manager**

As a Talent Manager working on projects for the APAC Creator & Artist Marketing Team, your responsibilities are to coordinate and lead communications and organise and manage all elements involved in logístical planning for initiatives and programmes across the region. Your work is instrumental in developing the community and will result in more creators considering the platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity.

Your responsibilities as Talent Manager will primarily be focused on driving creator & artist happiness & satisfaction and being their voice of representation within the business. Your work will include building and maintaining effective creator relationships, ensuring all creator needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner. You have the analytical capability, great memory recall, and very strong communication and organizational skills to plan, structure and prioritize workstreams. You work with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as manage relationships with external agencies and partners to get things done.

You will coordinate across multiple languages/teams in the region, develop best practices, champion innovation, look for creative solutions to achieve goals and contribute to the internal team initiatives to improve processes.

Role:

- Coordinate, manage & deliver all talent information and requests ensuring one voice representation resulting in a clear understanding of program details & commitments.
- Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders on all creator and artist requirements and represent the talent in the planning process, while ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Co-drive the internal process for cross-functional teams across multiple markets during talent selection and outreach; devising timelines, invites, RSVP management and updates and tracking.
- Organize and drive kick-off and regular cadence calls with talent and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
- Drive regular cadence of creator selection meetings on different levels such as (creator calls, weekly WIPs and production calls)
- Ensure effective and concise communication and be able to clearly communicate plans and updates to a multicultural and multilingual audience.
- Understand comms & project requirements to build, brief and manage multiple in-market agencies.

You:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a strong academic record
- 5+ years of artist relations, influencer engagement, and event management experience, including event logistics and multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets
- Demonstrate logístical and production competencies: strong and clear focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, attention to detail and flexibility
- Strong experience in working in and leading teams remotely and managing third-party agencies and vendors
- Solid understanding of online creators and able to identify opportunities to celebrate the creator communities
- Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, capable of organising your own time to achieve deadlines, prioritising tasks within given time frames
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a vigorous work ethic
- Demonstrated expertise in building strong collaborative partnerships and relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (former G Suit) with solid skills using collaborative tools to develop, project manage and optimize workflows.
- Passion for the web video sharing ecosystem and digital culture.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning JAPAC.
