**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Creation**: Assist in creating high-quality digital content, including photo and video shoots, to engage our online audience on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- ** Short-Form Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos that capture the energy and culture of our gym, from client training sessions to fitness class highlights.
- ** Social Media Management**:Schedule and publish posts, engage with our community, and monitor performance on social media channels.
- ** Campaign Support**: Help plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- ** On-Site Content**: Attend occasional on-site gym sessions to capture authentic photos and videos of classes, client workouts, and events.
- ** Influencer Outreach**: Assist in identifying and engaging with influencers and potential brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- ** Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- ** Analytics**:Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights for improving content strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

- ** Self-Starter**: Independent and proactive, you can manage your own projects with little oversight while delivering high-quality results.
- ** Social Media Savvy**: Proficient in social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and familiar with engaging content tailored to each platform.
- ** Hands-On Approach**:You’re comfortable holding a camera (photo and video), and you’re eager to capture authentic, engaging moments.
- ** Positive Attitude**: You thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment and bring enthusiasm and creativity to your work.
- ** Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle projects and deadlines.
- ** Basic Video Editing Skills**: Experience with video editing tools like Da Vinci Resolve, Capcut or even just Canva
- ** Marketing-Minded**: Understanding of digital marketing and how content creation aligns with broader marketing strategies.
