Sea Operation Manager

The company is a global leader in international shipping and logistics provider with headquarter in Italy and presence across 60 countries with 300 global offices.
They are looking for a passionate SEA Operations Manager to lead the sea freight operations team to provide customer-focused service and high-quality service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Operations team
- Resolve inter-business units’ disputes
- Design Key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain team productivity and service quality
- Co-ordinate with the Customer Service and Sales teams on the standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with the standard operating procedure - Review & analyse operational capacity to maintain high quality service
- Progressively review working process & implement re-engineering process upon consultation
- Conduct hiring, team evaluations and training to build and maintain a high-quality operations team 2.Team Management
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling
- Plan and monitor team development together with management team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding with sea freight
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team leader with a continuous improvement mindset
- Able to work independently
- Experienced in people management
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
