**The Job Responsibilities**
- Actively represent APAC and contribute in the Global IT Management Team as well as in the regional management community. Provide input to the design and decisions for the Draeger Global IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring regional (and local) business and technology needs are gathered, represented and incorporated, also in the respective product teams.
- Ensure appropriate IT governance with a strong focus on IT security within the business teams throughout the region, while identifying and addressing business demand for new solutions as part of a strong partnership between the region’s organizations, incl. sales, service, operations and IT.
- Responsible for all team-related processes including capacity and assignment planning, role allocation, talent acquisition, performance assessment, management of strategic initiatives, and change management. This includes all activities to maintain the (internal) agreed level of customer service, trust, and collaboration necessary for the attainment of established goals and long-term sustainability. Promote an (internal) customer-oriented leadership approach in line with the Global IT Evolution framework.
- Manage the creation, monitoring, and management of the regional IT budget with the appropriate guidance, incl. global allocations. Continuously identify cost savings as well as opportunities to improve business outcomes at the regional and global level.
- Gather, consolidate, and provide the requirements of the business user community in the region as well as the results from industry research and benchmarking to the respective product teams and implement appropriate technology as needed to ensure Draeger is leveraging IT-related technology opportunities to the fullest.

**Your Qualifications**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of leading an IT organization.
- Managing and coaching decentralized teams in an internationally active industrial company as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in the APAC region.
