**About GlobalFoundries**

**Job Summary**
We are searching for an experienced leader to shape the photomask and post-fab strategy for GlobalFoundries. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Materials and Indirect Procurement group within Global Supply Chain (GSC). This individual will lead a small team of sourcing professional to manage commercial relationship with photomask and post-fab suppliers. The team will be responsible for working with business unit and operations team to grow the business through competitive offerings.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Deliver differentiated value regarding quality, supply, and cost on goods and services procured
- Partner with business units and operations team to develop a streamlined process for bidding, and sourcing new business, as well as managing existing operations
- Understand business requirements and market dynamics of supply environment
- Develop, align, and execute sourcing strategies with functional partnership
- Drive improvement to the procurement process for better service level and user-experience
- Negotiate prices and contractual terms that maximizes benefit for the business
- Manage supplier strategy and supplier relationships at executive level

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in procurement, consulting, program management and supply chain
- Direct experience in pricing and contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, business strategy, contract manufacturing / outsourcing, and continuous process improvement
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders
- Interact with all levels of the organization
- Perform in a very fast paced environment
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity
- Travel - Up to 10%
