Lead, motivate, and support FAB operations team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
Plan, organize, direct, control and executing daily FAB operations support
Ensure efficient operations through careful coordination of operations efforts, planning and operations schedules and priorities to meet overall deliverables and objectives
Develop, implement, and drive for continuous improvement and efficiency of existing operational processes and procedures (eg WIP flow, changeover, On Time Delivery, materials)
Work in conjunction with the Fab Equipment, Engineering and other functional teams or collaborator to ensure operations efficiency, safety and relevant compliances (i.e. regulatory compliances, OTD, cycle times, DPML etc).
Operations manning and priorities

**Requirements**:
Degree in Engineering or relevant field
Preferable to have experience in a semiconductor FAB/ manufacturing environment and familiar with operational indices
Strong in both written and verbal communication skills
Team player and ability to deliver in fast paced and collaborative environment
**Type of Employment**: Full-Time
**Minimum Experience**: 3 Years
**Work Location**: Science Park
