Service and Patient Relations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and document patient feedback.
- Coordinate investigations and ensure timely resolution.
- Draft responses and generate feedback reports.
- Service Leadership: Implement and monitor service standards and satisfaction initiatives.
- Organize service campaigns, recognition programs, and training.
- Support clinics and committees in service quality efforts.
- Represent management in meetings and take minutes.
- Lead projects and vet materials (for senior roles).
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Degree holder in any related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Service/ Hospitality, 4- 5 years of experienceis required for Senior position.
- Healthcare experience will be preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good time and project management skills, meticulous and well organised.
