Singapore RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client, a market leader in industrial vehicles in Singapore is looking for a finance excutive to join the finance department

Work Location: 8 Tuas Avenue 18, Singapore 638892

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (on-site)

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for General LEdger (GL), Fixed Asset and Inventory functions
- Prepare and post journal entries during month end financial close
- Perform variance and trend analysis at entity level
- Responsible for month end closing, yearly financial closing and quarterly reporting
- Correspond and resolve operational issues with various other departments
- Prepare balance sheet schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and attend external bodies enquries
- Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
- Handle audit and tax matters for the entity
- Any other tasks/ projects assigned by GL accountant

**Requirements**:

- Minimally Diploma in Finance/ Accounting
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity (GL,FA, Budget, Balance Sheet, GST Submission) wth knowledge of full set account
- Analytical thinking, detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial data.
