We are looking for a **Japanese-speaking** **International Assignment Consultant** to join our diverse and dynamic APAC team.

This role is based in our Singapore office and is responsible for relocations inbound and outbound to APAC as well as intra APAC moves.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the full international assignment life cycle for assignees and their families
- Primary point of contact to our Global Corporate clients to provide advice in all aspects of their relocation; i.e benefits and process
- Managing supplier relationships for international services including tax, immigration, relocation assistance, temporary accommodation, etc.
- Primary contact for our partners both internal and external in delivering all aspects of the logístical relocation (shipping, destination services, immigration, tax, cultural training etc) including interpretation of policies if necessary, approval of exception requests and review of any issue escalations from assignees
- Work closely with our overseas team members on global initiatives, projects, development of processes, procedures and job tools; work to ensure consistency with global processes and procedures

- Must be able to speak, read and write in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) to liaise with Japanese-speaking assignees/clients
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Global Mobility and/or Relocation Management will be an advantage
- Able to establish credibility and present information effectively both orally and in writing
- Well organized, ability to prioritize tasks and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong process management skills, attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to service demanding clientele in a fast-paced environment on a global scale
- Cross-cultural sensitivity required
