**What will you do as an Analyst (2 year contract) with the Graduate Recruitment team?**

This role is a pivotal position within the team, providing administrative and operational support; this includes maintaining the applicant database, working on creative projects, reporting, scheduling, and other ad hoc duties. Working in a lively team environment, you’ll have every chance to make an impact and show us the skills and enthusiasm you have to offer.
- Participate in campus recruitment branding efforts and activities (e.g. preparing marketing collaterals, swags and organizing recruitment events)
- Provide programme management support in terms of administration and scheduling
- Partner other HR teams to streamline processes, and to share and learn best practices
- Suggest ways to improve processes in view of increasing the efficiency for the team
- Data management, handling of systems and UAT work
- Track and collate recruitment statistics useful for management decisions

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Diploma / Degree holder with around 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Ability to be resourceful, to take initiative and to be well-organized are important
- Experience with events management/planning is an advantage
