Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the incumbent, among other responsibilities, will support the Group Operations in day-to-day operational, settlement and administrative matters in delivering quality support and services to the Operating Companies including:
- 1. Trade capture of loan profile, schedules and cashflows- 2. BAU processing of Treasury transactions (Bank Loans, FDs, FX, CCS, IRS, ECP, EMTN)- 3. Execution of drawdowns, rollovers and trade settlements with Facility Agents / Custodians- 4. Liaison with Transaction Administrator to reconcile cashflow schedules and monitor settlement activities.- 5. Preparation of payment notices, monitoring of repayments of the loans and bond investments- 6. Monitor and follow up on non-receipts and trade discrepancies.- 7. Participate in projects, system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc tasks.- 8. Provide cross-functional support within the Operations team where required.- The incumbent will have extensive interaction with individuals from Finance, Treasury, Front Office and Risk teams within the company and external stakeholders. The individual should possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and can independently manage tasks.**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years operations and settlements experience in a bank or finance company, preferably with exposure to syndicated / bilateral loans and bonds.
- Experience in host-to-host payment implementation (especially with FIS software) and Swift will be a plus.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong work ethic (especially when there are tight deadlines) and ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated individual who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized, able to learn quickly and independently with strong analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn, with mindset of questioning and cross-checking information.
- Accept ownership and accountability for agreed upon targets and deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Words), etc
