**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- As a KOL, you need to create engaging content and have a professional product presentation that aim to establish viewer's engagement and interest in following, buying and awareness of products, brands and platform.
- You are required to provide excellent service experience during live sessions to customers to contribute to sustainability of customer base and be able to reply in a professional way even to the most demanding and unreasonable customers.
- You will be supported by live sale administrators who will help with creating of product codes and replying of private messages
- You must always remain flexible and agile (carry out any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you).
**Nice to Have(s)**
- Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
- Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers
- Have the proven ability to problem solve, both being able to think out of the box and implement innovative solutions to everyday problems.
- Knowledge of using Facebook Live function and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of sales operations and customer service working experience and/or experience with social media sales administration will be a plus.
**Working Hours & Location**
- Conduct a minimum of 5 live sessions a week.
- Singapore/ Thailand/ Korea/ Germany (based on job assignment)
