**Position**: Workshop Executive (Light Automotive)

**Salary**: $2,900 - $3,600

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead a group of Foreman and Technicians
Manpower planning and management to ensure seamless workshop operation
Work closely with service center service executive to handle customer’s vehicular feedback
Represent workshop in handling of technical issues and vehicular investigations with internal technical department and external Principal
Evaluate and implement actions to ensure quality and safety related services are performed in the most optimum level
Narrate and lead workshop to achieve service center goals
Ensuring company policies and guidelines are adhered to in the workshop
Ensure the maximum utilisation of manpower and resources to achieve the highest productivity
Ensure proper coordination between all internal stakeholders(ie Parts department) and external vendors/contractors, to fulfil service center requirements
Ensure warranties procedure adherence and attainting a 100% warranty audit pass rate
Proper communication to workshop of the latest company policies, procedures. Ensure hat the workshop staff are aware and understand of the policies and technical updates
In line with company’s business direction, require to participate and contribute ad-hoc projects assigned
Participate, lead and identify Kaizen activities for continuous improvement and cost saving activities
Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in leading a team, preferably in a face-paced environment
Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related field
Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills
Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
