**Responsibilities**
- Plan, supervise and manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency, adherence to schedules, and maximum productivity.
- Monitor job progress, and coordinate with diagnosis technicians, technicians, and team leaders, to address delays to meet deadlines.
- Optimize manpower allocation and scheduling for effective task
- completion, Lead, train, and support technicians to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal condition and proper usage, including coordinating with related departments to ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including job sheets, inventories, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and workplace organization.
- Conduct audits to assess performance, identify improvements, and enhance workflow using management software and technology, including troubleshooting and resolving issues independently and collaboratively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service, managing expectations, and resolving complaints including reporting of workshop performance metrics, such as job completion rates and productivity to management.
- Handle any additional tasks as assigned to support operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in managing workshop operations
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Process-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licence
