Our client is looking for seasoned Analytics & Insights professional to be responsible for leveraging data to drive revenue generation and customer satisfaction. You will analyse data from various digital sources and dashboards to generate insights, follow up with stakeholders on results, and proactively look for innovative ways to understand customer needs and behaviours.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Use data to drive team’s performance goals for revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse data from various digital sources to generate actionable insights.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure insights are used and consolidated over time.
- Proactively seek new ways to understand customer needs and behaviour to drive actionable insights, while fine-tuning analysis models to improve efficiency.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of hands-on data analyst experience with a proven track record of driving growth through actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics data definitions and experience using advanced analytics techniques and models to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt, and ability to work effectively in teams to achieve common goals. Prior experience in website/app analytics implementation/analysis and creating dashboards in PowerBI is strongly advantageous.
