**Overall role**:
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate training requirements and documentation

3. Ensure study file set up, documentation and maintenance, including investigator files and logs

6. Maintain study database.

7. Monitor studies ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, HBRA, and GCP.

9. Participate in A*SRL in study related meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Life Science, Medical Sciences and/or related medical fields.
- Prior 1-2 years’ experience with planning and running clinical/cosmetics trials, preferable in dermatology or in a consumer care setting.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and has strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Applications.
- Prior experience in clinical skin imaging
- GCP-trained and familiar with the regulatory landscape in Singapore
- Able to converse in local languages for communications with parents/guardian
