**Overview**

As an Operations Executive (Compliance), your main job is to make sure our cleaning company follows all the rules and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the operations team to streamline processes, implement best practices, and uphold service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and enforce rules and procedures to make sure we're following all the laws and regulations.
- Regular checks to ensure we're meeting health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure our cleaning staff are working safely and using the equipment properly.
- Keep an eye on our performance and look for ways to improve.
- Investigate any accidents or complaints and figure out how to prevent them from happening again.
- Stay up to date on any changes to the rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in compliance management, especially in cleaning or similar industries.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental rules.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work well independently and with a team.
