Office Administrator

Providing administrative support to the Admin/Account department.
- Manage day to day office duties such as handling phone calls, mail, filing, scanning of documents and attending to visitors.
- Stock-up on general office supplies
- Keep track of new and existing assets and their serial numbers for record keeping
- Work closely with accounts to monitor payment statuses and related issues
- Assist the company with audit matters.
- Working with the technical departments in maintaining a proper filing system.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Directors and Associates
- Other ad-doc admin-related duties assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Relevant working experience in Admin/Account or secretary/personal Assistant
- Diligent and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Having Finance & accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Cert./Diploma/Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
