**Job Description**:

- Perform supporting tasks related to daily surface treatment operations.
- Assist with inventory management of chemicals, materials, and tools specific to surface finishing processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the surface treatment work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and health protocols, especially those related to handling chemicals and operating surface treatment equipment.Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support overall surface treatment workflow.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in surface treatment or metal finishing operations (e.g., electroplating, anodizing, chemical cleaning, or coating) within a manufacturing environment.
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Able to read and interpret process specifications, work instructions, and safety guidelines related to surface treatment operations.
- Familiar with chemical handling procedures and basic testing/inspection tools (e.g., pH meters, titration kits, thickness gauges).
- Knowledge of surface preparation and post-treatment processes, including quality control standards for treated surfaces.
- A strong team player with good attention to detail, especially when working with chemicals and process timing.
- Willing to work overtime, if required.
