- Position Title**:Operation Supervisor / Operation Team Leader**:

- Working Location: HarbourFront
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic up to $6,000 + AWS + $100 Mobile Reimbursement**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervision and leading of Flexi tank Operations team
- Coordination between internal departments as well as agents and relevant parties on Flexitank trade matters
- Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers
- Create Flexitank sea freight quotations
- Sales order processing including Sea imports and exports processes
- Business support for sales
- Required to handle logistics operations and 3rd party warehousing

- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant supervisory experience in leading a team (experience with Flexitanks would be a distinct advantage)
- Experience in handling overseas agents and offices would be helpful
- Good communicator with fluency in English
