**Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development: Support R&D and Innovation strategies align with business objectives.**:

- **Emerging Technology Trends: Keeping up to date on emerging technology trends, competitor analysis and market research to inform R&D strategies.**:

- **Partnership Development: Seek collaboration with IHLs, RIs, start-ups to leverage, learn and implement best practices to foster an innovation culture.**:

- **Competency management and development: Align common competencies across business units and with group level, seek improvements for staff career development via Competency Management System.**

**Requirements**:

- **With more than 5 years of experience in engineering development, research administration or management, or similar roles**:

- **Prior experience in project budgeting and financial management**:

- **Knowledge in different engineering functions**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Problem-solving aptitude**:

- **Adaptability and flexibility**:

- **Ability to conduct technological analyses and research**:

- **Plus: Knowledge of technological trends to build business and technology strategies. Good knowledge on AI and Robotics.
