- Our **Unmanned & Integrated Systems** business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. - As the **T&E Programme Executive**, you will support T&E office to administer and track UIS’s R&D projects, budget, including the respective business units’ (BU) product roadmaps review cadence. For Programme management, you will also support and lead, programmes initiated by T&E office.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Support T&E office in R&D funds management and track progress and manage cadence of R&D projects led by business units to ensure process compliance.
- Work with the business units’ Head of Technology on their product roadmap, technology exploration, and solutions development.
- Design and lead T&E / HQ driven R&D projects.
- Manage projects progress and resources.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. consisting of Institute of Higher Learning, research institutes, and startups.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience an advantage.
- Product development experiences an advantage.
- AI / Data analytics or robotics background an advantage
