*Key Responsibilities*:
1. *Administrative Support*:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the BPO Specialist.
- Manage schedules and appointments as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
2. *Client Communication Assistance*:
- Coordinate with clients for scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain client contact lists and databases.
3. *Data Management and Processing*:
- Assist in data entry and processing tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data handled.
- Support in compiling data for reports and analysis.
4. *Document and Contract Management*:
- Assist in managing and filing contracts and important documents.
- Help ensure all documents are up to date and readily accessible.
5. *Meeting Coordination and Support*:
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including setting up virtual meeting platforms.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them as required.
6. *General Office Duties*:
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
