A Research Fellow position is currently available in the College of Business, Nanyang Business School.

Key Responsibilities:
Working and interacting with researchers at IRFRC and GAIP, with emphasis on:
- Analyze the impact of sea level rise and coastal flood risk on the cost of coverage, particularly in Asian countries- Conduct climate scenario analysis to assess an evaluate sea level rise risk- Develop innovative solutions for providing protection- Develop impactful assessment and advisory reports as needed to support the development of risk financing solutions- Produce high quality research articles and industry reports- Present research findings to GAIP sponsors and the academic community

Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Insurance, Statistics, or related fields- Proven research experience with a track record of publications in top-tier journals in the field- Relevant insurance/actuarial industry experience and actuarial designations are assets, but not are not mandatory requirements- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly effectiveness in communicating complex concepts to the public- Attention to detail
