The Consultant shall engage a consultancy team for their project, comprising of a **Utility Lead**

**Specialist **and experienced **infrastructure/utilities engineer **(s). The following are the mínimal

requirements for the lead infrastructure/utilities role:

- Hold a degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore in either Civil,

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline;
- About 8 years of experience in planning, design, laying, coordination, and/or construction of

utilities such as telecommunications, electrical/power, gas, water, sewer, drainage etc.;
- Experience in handling at least 3 major infrastructure (network) projects, involving the

planning, design or implementation of transmission services and/or large-scale infrastructure

development projects;
- Competency to optimise space including supporting technical feasibility rationale, repair

method statement, trenchless construction and repair method including curved pipe jacking;
and
- Familiar with requirements for all utilities such as telecommunications, electrical/power, gas,

water, sewer, drainage etc.
