**Make an Impact by**:

- Plan the network architecture, system performance improvement and capacity needs.
- Plan, develop and execute project implementation plans for network expansion, upgrade, and system integration.
- Technical architect for voice (VoLTE/VoNR/Vowifi), supplementary service, interconnect & roaming; to lead e2e solutioning cobering service design, provisioning, charging.
- Coordinate with various Networks teams to support business initiatives, work with Operations teams to resolve customers' complaints.
- Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the new service requirements compilation and clarification, and lead in discussions with vendor on the solutioning.
- Lead, gather, understand and evaluate the requirements from the various functional units to perform technical feasibility and to formulate the technical specifications.
- Work with other departments as well as external bodies to ensure smooth and timely implementation of projects.
- Oversee day-to-day administration and management of the project including Capex & Opex Management, system performance monitoring and training.
- Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

**Skills for Success**:

- Degreee in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology.
- 10 years of related working experience in telecommunications industry.
- Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
- Basic understanding of legal contracts.
