**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing data science solutions to support new AI software product development in TE
- Develop multiple vision/tabular data analysis algorithms powered by machine/deep learning to work on experimental and simulation data sets
- Work in a multi-disciplinary environment with specialists in data science, material science, mechanics, additive manufacturing and other fields
- Interest in internship work during vacation period of Dec and May-Jul is advantageous

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- Major in data science/computer engineering/information science or related fields (undergraduate or postgraduate programmes)
- Strong programming skill in Python or other similar languages
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A self-motivated learner; A good team player

Preferred:

- Familiarity with deep learning algorithms
- Hands-on experiences with computer vision, tabular data analysis or other AI projects.
