Head of Creative and Media Solution, APAC
The Head of the creative and media solution, will be responsible for setting the direction in this dynamic area, leading, and managing a client facing team and reporting to the Insights CEO/Executive Director. You will need to have client impact at scale. This is a critical leadership role in the country, encompassing talent management and delivery of business growth and financial targets alongside the market CEO/Executive Director.
This role requires mastery of the media and creative solutions, showcasing our offer to clients and demonstrating the business outcomes achieved via our offer, continuing to build the capability of the team, and evolving the offer as client needs change in partnership with our global offer teams. As the media and creative lead, you will continue to build and grow our reputation as experts in this area with clients, partners and internally.

Key responsibilities
Domain Leadership:
- Deliver business goals - leading team in delivering sales and profit targets
- Build medium to long term strategy and goals to grow the solution
- Build on the integration and collaboration of Creative and Media Solution, with special focus in Digital transformation and creating one single offering that is attractive to clients and solve their business questions.
- Make clear recommendations to CEO on medium-long term opportunities and its implications for people, structure & processes
- Access & effectively build Kantar’s expertise across the media and creative solution and continue to support innovation agenda to meet client needs in this space with a focus on collaboration and cross selling across solutions and capabilities particularly in brand, and analytics.
- Champion Singapore as regional hub and centre of expertise across APAC for media, digital and creative work
- Integration of key growth platforms, Marketplace, and Analytics, into our proposals and projects, to create a more technologic, agile and insightful way to answer client’s requests.
People Leadership:
- Lead team of ~ 40 with 4-6 direct reports. Inspire and lead the team building culture that's forward thinking, client centric, values the power of teamwork and is agile in its delivery
- Specifically ensure the narrative for the team about integration of creative and media offer is clear and motivating
- Ensure career development of the team through the work they do and the fair allocation of resources to deliver against key client priorities
- Coach direct reports to have achieve their career goals
- Engage and coach people managers to manage their teams', creating excellent business and people performance of the organization
- Provide expert guidance to senior employees on complex assignments and critical client issues & opportunities
- Champion learning and knowledge integration across Kantar creating a vibrant learning culture and innovating the offer to delight and grow clients
- Mentor employees from other functions to further enable the total Kantar business
Client leadership
- Build and develop strong client relationships at a senior level to define and identify business opportunities
- Identify new potential clients and business streams in the media and creative space, partnering with other experts to cross sell where appropriate
- Build network of contacts cross kantar to create greater impact for clients
Key Outcomes:
- Delivery of Country Revenue and EBITDA targets with specific focus on achieving media and creative targets
- Building the reputation of the Kantar media and creative team, acknowledged as leading experts in our field and destination for client media and creative questions
- Creating a high-performance culture and acting as a role model within the business
- Setting goals for the team that drive the Company’s business success through continuous improvements in quality, costs, time, and services

You must be a highly motivated individual who possess a strong commercial growth mentality to ensure the business stays ahead amidst the competitive market, and constantly build a sustainable pipeline.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Identifying growth opportunities across the Kantar offer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for working with new clients to foster long term sustainable partnerships.
