We are currently recruiting for an Executive Engineer - Electrical to join our Building Services team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

**Executive Engineer - Electrical (Building Services)**

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who loves to learn and share knowledge - someone who can bring a fresh perspective to ensure the development of the people around them and who constantly seeks better practice for the overall quality of our work and our client experience.

Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects with the team.
- Carry out engineering design with mínimal supervision in accordance with local codes or relevant international design codes
- Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
- Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing
- Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
- Observe, review and report of works on site
- Handle client liaison and reporting
- Provide leadership to projects including planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
- Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients
- Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance
- To work with the Qualified Person (QP) to develop electrical building services designs and calculations.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects **_(Those with 5 years’ experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position)_**:

- Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
- Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant re3gulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
- Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
- Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
- A team, client and delivery focused working style
- Experience in a consulting environment
