As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our senior manager by overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct thorough research and provide accurate information to support decision-making.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Proficient in spoken and written English for client interactions.
- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
