**Responsibilities**
- Secretarial/administrative support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) & Managing Director (MD) including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, managerial staff, and personal matters.
- Minutes taking for management meetings and other meetings as assigned
- Support travel arrangements, including expatriate staff business travelling, & related matters.
- Ensure proper documentations for RMD /MD, urgent matters & meetings are attended.
- Update RMD / MD on company events and involved in organizing events
- Liaising with vendors and contractors for housing, vehicles, telcom, club membership’s matters etc.
- Understand and keep any confidential information received private.
- Run errands for RMD/MD when required
- Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by RMD/MD

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in secretarial
- 3 to 5 years of experience as secretary or personal assistant
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good organizational and time management skills
