**Job Purpose**:

- To support project procurement and expediting activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, bid evaluations, contract negotiations and manage variety of category requirements supported by key internal stakeholders.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to strategically manage category spend.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
- Report procurement status as the main commercial coordinator and ensure the completion of the projects on time.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable department to endure accurate and timely payment of invoices as necessary for the business with the supplier.
- Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with users, vendors, and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with supplier and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery of air/ sea freight shipments.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, project team for mobilization of vendor for onshore and offshore commissioning activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Procurement/ Marine/ Engineering or equivalent certifications.
- Preferred 2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Marine/ Offshore industry.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
