**Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an organized person with a strong eye for details. Takes initiative and is able to work independently to resolve problems effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:
Perform fleet berth arrangement, cargo operation management and central planner jobs on Evergreen Line’s fleet.
- Responsible for handling of all works from headquarter in Taiwan including ship cargo operation/berth arrangement/cargo claim/husbandry work at Singapore PSA and Malaysia Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
- Intra South Asia service schedule control and central planner work on each calling port for stowage plan arrangement.
- Onboard inspection of ship safety to improve fleet management.
- Develop and establish local contractors in Singapore and coordinate arrangements for husbandry.
- Contract management, invoice approval, education for colleague.
- Liaise with Singapore register vessel’s certificate apply/renew and onboard join crew certificate apply/renew.
- In charge Singapore Polytechnic cadet internship matter.
- Handle Joint Venture and Slot Exchange matter.
- Undertake all kinds of vessel/crew urgent cases and onsite attendance at Singapore PSA and Malaysia Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
- Coordinate carriage of Dangerous Cargoes.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification - Degree in Marine Navigation
- Captain of seagoing container ships powered by main propulsion machinery of 3,000 kW power of at least 10 years of experience.
- Central Planner of container ships with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for preparation of reports in Chinese to headquarters in Taiwan.
- Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize.
- Ability to work both independently and team mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints.
- Physical ability to perform audit onboard ships.
- Able to travel within short notice on board for ships visits/inspections regularly.
- Proficient in Microsoft office/CASP cargo planning software
- Possess class 3 driving license
