Are you a social media guru that is creative, has a keen eye for trends and an innate understanding of audience engagement? We're on the hunt for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. If you love crafting compelling content that captivates and inspires across all social platforms, you could be the perfect fit
**What you'll do**:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to ideate and develop social media content across multiple social media channels (not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, Weibo, etc) that are on brand and align with By Invite Only’s aesthetic and values.
- Plan and execute social media videography and photography from pre
- to post-production.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to adapt assets for social media.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ideate Social-first content for campaigns, launches, promotions and events that align with its respective goals.
- Plan and execute the social media calendar across multiple social media channels (not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, Weibo, etc) ensuring accuracy in content information and published in a timely manner.
- Foster a sense of community by actively and appropriately engaging with followers and influencers on each platform in the brand’s tone of voice if necessary.
- Be proactive in spotting (and raising to the team) opportunities/upcoming trends that the brand is able to leverage on to build the brand’s presence or awareness on social media.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on any Crisis Management; be prepared to raise or respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crisis situations arising on social media
- Ensure social media activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape, and track campaign performance to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and optimize social media strategies
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the social media initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Assist the Marketing Department / Company whenever necessary for ad-hoc tasks.
**What we're looking for**:
- At least 2 years experience in videography, photography, editing, as well as creating content across social media platforms.
- Passion for digital storytelling and social media trends.
- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, with additional skills in colour grading and motion graphics considered advantageous.
- Experience in product photography or macro objects a plus
- A strong team player with excellent project management abilities, capable of collaborating across teams to generate ideas while also managing workflow independently to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong creative presence and aesthetics.
- Able to respect deadlines and high attention to detail a must.
**Other prerequisites**:
- Flexibility to work occasional irregular hours during events or photoshoots.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving trends and business environments.
- A growth mindset.
