**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our Creative team and create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
- Develop and execute social media content that aligns with our brand image and messaging.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, messages and other interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Examine the entire customer journey and audit existing content to make recommendations to continuously inspire and excite our consumers through copy, design and content angles.
- Conductconsumer and competitor research to provide insights and recommendations to improve and optimise content.
- Conduct weekly research on target audience and understand them thoroughly so that you can understand their pain points, hopes, dreams and fears.
- Regularly research viral content and advertisements, what works and what doesn't, to adapt and create our own.
- Effectively manage both ongoing, high-level brand initiatives and individual program launches or projects simultaneously and independently.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Later, Sprout Social, etc.
- Experience in creating thumb-stopping videos on social media.
- Knowledge of brand design, content marketing trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing content strategies for consumer-facing brands or products.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Strong creative and visual skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
