**Job Description**:

- Assist to General Manager of IT Solutions Dept. which includes business developments, marketing of products/services, HR, budget & settlement, Risk Management, legal compliance etc.
- Exploration of new investment opportunities in network business industries.
- Relationship building with partners, clients, especially with IT and network related companies, investment bank, consulting firm etc..
- Marketing of IT products/solutions, especially network related products/solutions to ASEAN and other markets.
- Report on department business to local management and HQ.
- Daily communication with relating departments in local Company, HQ and other overseas offices.

Job requirements ž
- Bachelor's Degree ž
- Minimum 8 years’ of working experience in one or more of IT /network carrier / vendors, marketing of IT products/solutions, infrastructure development and M&A ž
- Skills and experience of negotiation with business partners ž
- Knowledge and skills in team management ž
- Knowledge and experience with M&A, finance and accounting.
- Business level Japanese language skills, preferably JLPT N1 for liaising and reporting back to Japan
