Location: East

**Responsibilities**
- Leasing of retail properties owned by company by sourcing and securing suitable tenants for properties and retail properties under company portfolio
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Handle leasing enquiries and make recommendations of retail spaces to prospects
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other lease documentation
- Liaise with tenants on lease related matters including tracking of sales performance and arrears
- Conduct market research from time to time
- Prepare monthly reports
- Tenants’ Management including assisting Credit Control team with arrears management to reduce company risk exposure.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Building or Business Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
