**What the role is**

A division of the National Youth Council, Youth Corps Singapore champions youth volunteerism nationwide in Singapore, empowering and supporting young Singaporeans to ignite positive change and make impactful difference in society. We are a national movement of young people with strong espirit de corps and service ethos, harnessing the optimism of young people, the passion of community partners and the transformative power of service learning to serve and build cohesive and inclusive communities.

Our mission is to champion youth volunteerism through increasing social awareness, social action, and social leadership.
We aim to promote sustained volunteerism in Singapore by developing youth volunteers and providing a positive experience in identifying and meeting critical community needs. We are building a team, and seeking passionate individuals who are versatile, adaptable, and team players to join us.
As Manager (Community Collaborators), you will be part of a team to curate and manage projects with community and government organisations and ensure that they provide a positive and sustained youth volunteering experience and impact to the community, while uplifting the organisational capabilities of community organisations.

**What you will be working on**
- Scope and responsibilities
You will be able to take up various roles, and hone your skills and experience in these different areas:

- Programme Management - Curating, implementing and managing meaningful volunteering opportunities for youth with varying scale, modality and intensity;
- Community Partner Engagement - Partnering stakeholders like government agencies, social service agencies and other community partners to curate volunteer opportunities;
- Identify needs and opportunities with Community Partners where Youth Corps members and leaders can be deployed to support and serve;
- Training Content Curation and Delivery - Curate content and deliver orientation and training for volunteers to be equipped for deployment;
- Youth Development - Mentoring and guiding youth volunteers to implement meaningful community projects.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Relevant working experience will be advantageous: Manager (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in curation of meaningful volunteering programmes, programme management, training, partnership management and youth development
- Highly analytical, with excellent project management, communication, people and leadership skills
- Keen and available to engage and mentor youth volunteers on weekday nights and/ or weekends
- Possess resourcefulness, self-motivation, curiosity and learning agility
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in cross-functional teams
- Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment
