Partnership Lead, Energy Retail

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
As a Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for leading partnership initiatives for our electricity retail business across the consumer and business segments (B2B + B2C), creating value, driving revenue, by consistently building and enhancing a strong eco-system across our partners.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop partnership strategies, including a framework for partnership models with other industry players across different categories and sectors
2. Manage & build new pipeline of partners for electricity retail customers, propose angles for collaboration and pitch to partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
3. Manage existing partnerships with bank and industry partners
4. Track sales and partnership performance as well as effectiveness of the partnership to continually optimise partnership models
5. Develop marketing plans for partnership
6. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS
1. Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering or related discipline
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
4. Demonstrable experience in managing commercial and partnership agreements
5. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken, and interpersonal skills
6. Analytical and comfortable with managing customer databases and sales reporting
