Operation Integrity Analyst

The Operation Integrity team aims to "forge exemplary conducts" within TnS global moderation sites. We are responsible for the integrity issues for TnS moderation personnel, including moderators, QAs, and other supporting staff. We would achieve our mission by supporting and providing consulting services to internal and external stakeholders. As Operation Integrity Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across APAC, handling day to day management, escalations, reviews and auditing the contents which were moderated by our moderators, providing feedback and support on policy questions. **Responsibilities**: What will I be doing? - You will be responsible for performing content review to ensure content quality and community ecological security. You will also be involved in daily system audits, error analysis, and weekly feedback on moderation quality. - You will establish great relationships with all stakeholders and regularly communicate progress updates, changes and ensure alignment across the regions. - You will actively participate in communication and governance plans and present findings to front line content moderation teams. - You will be responsible for anti-cheating requirement analysis, progress and timeline management, and ecological governance project promotion related to anti-cheating in large-scale human management. - Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Information security/statistics/mathematics/management science and related majors) - At least 2 years of work experience in a quality assurance / audit role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment. - Proven experience in risk control, anti-cheating, anti-fraud, and strategy work - Strong experience in working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally - Strong teamwork and prioritization skill sets - Analytical and the ability to make decisions from facts and data. - Strong experience in Excel / Spreadsheet - Strong written and spoken English communication skills Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
