This is an Analyst role. With the necessary guidance, you will liaise and interface with customers to understand their queries and compliance needs and respond promptly and effectively with the specific assistance each customer needs. Each customer’s need is individual and you will be able to evaluate what the customer’s question entails and what is the accurate and most precise solution for the client.

Working with another consultant, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for a set of client firms and assist them on all their queries relating to a variety of topics which may be governed by the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, Payments Services Act and subsidiary legislation & regulatory pronouncements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

What we require from you

We do not need prior financial services, compliance or consulting experience. We only ask that you come with the following important innate qualities we require:
1. Analytical ability - you can point to relevant regulations and facts, identify a position and articulate how that position is arrived at

2. Desire and curiosity to learn about MAS regulations, changing business environments and the nuances between different customers’ businesses

4. Time-management & prioritisation - ability to plan your time and meet deadlines is key

5. Strong work ethics & integrity - this is what our firm is named for

6. Desire to help the customer find the best solution for them which meets their needs, is clear and operationally-efficient. We prioritise work quality over fees.

Ideally, you will have some full-time work experience and familiarity with financial services. You may have educational/professional qualifications that may indicate you have the above innate qualities we seek, however, we believe in looking at the individual over his/her paper qualifications. Accounting & Excel skills is a plus.
